Get very high loadtime, and especially when going into WP admin… then everything takes for ages, and style breaks, etc…

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Disabled proxy, and that helps alot - but with proxy I’ve got around 60 sites that all of a sudden started reporting the same problem last few days…

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Enable proxy again, and the problem starts ASAP again, removing it makes the site loads much faster again withot

Is cf disabled now? I don’t get a 522, site loads fine.

A 522 error typically happens when Cloudflare requests to the origin (your webserver) get blocked. Review the suggestions in this Community Tip for troubleshooting ideas.

Right now it loads fine, but its touch-and-go - and get frequent 522 errors on almost 60 domains last few days. Especially problematic when going into WP to edit. It can load fine due to cache systems set up.

When disable CF proxy the problem goe’s away though… but turning proxy back on pages can tak like 10-15 seconds to load, without many images, and logging in can take 15-20 seconds pr. pageload… but removing proxy… it loads very quick…

Problem started a few days back…

I’d contact your hosting provider to see if they can see the 522s in their logs and to see if they rate limiting

I’ve already forwarded the issue to them as well, so they’re looking into it also. The CF proxy is at least causing the problem (maybe there is faults elsewhere, but removing Proxy at least “fixes” it straigth away.. It then works smooth and quick as ever before - every part. So right now I just don’t have anything else to do then to remove the CF proxy from around 60 sites until this is figured out / solved..
