522 error when visiting from specific (normally fine) IP

My clients in Wellington NZ are suddenly getting a Cloudflare 522 error when visiting their company sites. This is unusual because the error is occurring city/IP specific, and has never happened before.

We are not getting 522’s when visiting these client sites elsewhere in the same country, and elswhere in the world. The servers are rendering the sites outside of Wellington.

It could be faulty CF network routing specific to their Wellington IP.
Can anybody suggest a test or fix?

I’d send a request to DOMAIN/cdn-cgi/trace and check via which PoP this IP address is routed and contact support with that information.
