Hello all, I an new to my company and have been tasked to resolve a downed website. I received a 521 error code, I have a server through ipage but am currently not getting much helpful information from them, is there any way I can go about this resolution on my end

Can you provide the website address?
521 usually means that Cloudflare cannot reach the origin for some reason so if the Cloudflare settings are ok it may be impossible for us to see through to any origin problems.

Assuming it is henrich-inc.com then it is proxied by Cloudflare so I can’t see beyond that (other than it is giving 521 as you say). Do you have access to the Cloudflare account? You could press “Pause Cloudflare on this site” and then direct access may be possible to the hosting if the host isn’t firewalled to allow only Cloudflare IPs. From there you should be able to see what the problem is. (This assumes the DNS settings in Cloudflare are correct for the hosting).
