521 Error accesing my site

Hello, my internet provider renew a new public ip, and i updated into cloudfare configuration.
now after one hour, i am trying to access to my site, and is not working.
give me a 521 error.

I try to access directly using my public up, and the site work.

Some one can help me ?

If you set it to :grey:, does it work? (make sure you give it five minutes for DNS to propagate)

I set it to disabled, and the i wait 10 minutes, and using the url, cannot access to the site, not showing any Cloudfare Error.

The i set it to enabled and wait for 10 minutes and the error 521 appear.

If i put the ip like https://{mi_ip} i can access to my site. I use this page to check if the 80 port is opened… and it is… https://www.testdevelocidad.es/test-de-puertos/

so. what could happend.

Before i put the new ip, all works fine.

Now with the new public ip, i cannot, and i cannot back to the old ip.

It sounds like this is beyond Cloudflare’s control. If it’s :grey: and DNS is set to the correct IP address, it’s something at your ISP or server that’s not working correctly.

One more check that i did.

I performed a curl from another pc, outside of my LAN using another internet:

Someone of CloudFare can check this?

Check your DNS settings or your resovler if it is able to resolve your domain. It does for me but is showing a 521 error (Webserver down)
