521 502 / But my Webserver isnt down

Hallo i have a problem with Cloudflare i have settingup a Webserver with Port 80, and in the Cloudflare DNS panel i have setting up the dns to the webserver with a a record.

But i if i connect to the Page there is this Error:

Last week it still worked.

You are set to use Full SSL but your server isn’t listening on port 443.
