520 errors that appear at random

Hi all, for months now I’ve been seeing a Cloudflare 520 error appear on my website. It happens entirely at random, for no reason that I or my host can figure out why.

99% of the time it works fine, then suddenly one refresh later and pop - Cloudflare 520 error.

What would you suggest we do? I’m at a complete loss.
