Hi my website is down with a 520 error and I have reviewed the literature on this but do not understand it much (i.e. WHAT is a web server actually?) 0_0

Hmmm…that’s an interesting error. Your first step to fix this is to go to the Overview settings for your domain at dash.cloudflare.com and click the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option in the lower right corner. It takes five minutes to take effect, but that should should show a more precise message if Cloudflare is paused.
