Hello!! I am receiving the following message on my website since yesterday. I contacted my host provider and they can’t help. I don’t know what to do.
There is an issue between Cloudflare’s cache and my origin web server. Cloudflare monitors for these errors and automatically investigates the cause. To help support the investigation, you can pull the corresponding error log from your web server and submit it our support team.
Have you tried bypassing Cloudflare by grey-clouding your DNS entries or using the “pause Cloudflare” option?
What’s the domain?
If you need to contact your web host for support, always bypass Cloudflare first otherwise you’re just going to confuse them. That’s probably why they said they couldn’t help.
