What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have 3 domains with same DNS and proxy with cloudflare. 2 domains work without issue and last domain fails with 520 error.
I changed NGINX to verify it is not issue with my config. Site appears without any problem. It is literally just an index.html with a photo for testing.
I look in my logs and I see NO traffic to this site and no errors. I do not believe my traffic is being routed to my server.
I recently moved hosting to cloudflare for squarespace/google and suspect there may be some weirdness with that

Does it work when you change the DNS record from Proxied to DNS-Only?

Without Proxy I get " The connection has timed out" error
traceroute ends with no route found after 30 tries.

with or without cloudflare proxy i show no errors in my logs. I have 2 other cloudflare sites with same dns setup and other 2 have never had an issue.

Yes. I only turned off proxy for temporary testing.

Dig for site shows my IP when not proxied and cloudflares when I am but traffic never reaches server. I check before but will triple check again later that firewall is not blocking but I presume if other sites are OK why this single site blocked. I turned off any rule blocking IPs on firewall so unless the single cloudflare IP blocked I didn’t suspect my ISP causing this.
