503 on AWS Lambda -> Cloudflare request

Hi Community,

We have set up something like “AWS EventBridge → AWS Lambda → Cloudflare → Our API”. We found that our request does not reach to the API, and CF is throwing “Error: Request failed with status code 503”. Seems CF is doing its DDoS/Rate limiting job, but this use case is legit.

I am wondering how to fix it? I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Cloudflare Firewall logs is your best friend. It could be JS Challenge.
