502 error when switching from yandex & google

I was already tortured to look for a problem, when to switch from the Yandex search engine
Error 502 does not always appear after different times.
What to do? Can you look at the RayID logs?
I don’t know what to do with our advertising traffic. Clients do not see the working site.

Our hosting does not know how to help; advises to disable CloudFlare because it is not a stable service

That is an issue on your server and you need to fix it there. If your host does not help you, you might want to change host.
