502 error for one of my subdomains in a zero trust tunnel

Hi,
https://guacamole.smallmann.de/ gives me a 502 error. Any other subdomain is working fine, and the website behind smallmann.de is running locally without any issues.
Need some help please.

My Network looks like this
Internet ->Fritzbox → Unraid Server with Cloudflare in a Docker → Guacamole Server in a Docker
