502 Bad Gateway in Wp Admin Page

I’m banging my head against the desk. I installed cloudflare via siteground. Waited on the SSL cert authorize thing. Did the page rule for mysite.com/wpadmin, Did speed tests and WOW I’m flyin’! But…

I go to my Wp admin page…I start to use everything, so far so good. UNTIL I get to the TM Global Extra Options plugin. Which is a must have for my site. Without it, business for custom items is worthless. I get to the main page of the plug in… all good. Go to click “edit” and 502 Error Bad Gateway. No matter which post in the plug in I click. … same.

Everything else, is working great.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

  • Contacted Siteground who said it was a plug in developer issue.

  • Contacted the Plug in developer who says it’s a cloudflare issue.

So now what do I do?

Hi there - Thanks for sharing the issue. Sorry for the delays in response. I’ll do some digging to see if anyone has any ideas. Can you expand a little on what the host and developer said?
