500: Internal Server Error - when we open website - but works fine, after page refresh

When we open website url, it is throwing this error - '500: Internal Server Error ’
BUT after page refresh, it is working fine. Tried ‘purging’ & ‘developer mode’ for caching; but of no use.
Found an article, which says to contact cloudflare support team.

Any other idea?
