I keep getting this error message - I’ve tried everything I can available online. Spoke with support team, where site is hosted (GoHighLevel), and they told me it’s a Cloudflare issue that needs to be resolved.

I’m seeing 404 for the root domain getvylo.com and 500 for the www.getvylo.com subdomain. The 404 page seems to be loaded from LeadConnector/GoHighLevel.

• getvylo.com is un-proxied (ie DNS Only ) and has an A record to 162.159.140.166
• www.getvylo.com also is un-proxied (ie DNS Only ) and has a CNAME record to sites.ludicrous.cloud.

As your site is unproxied, Cloudflare’s ONLY job is resolving your hostnames to the IP address and CNAME target you entered in your dashboard. You can test for yourself to see this is working here: https://dnschecker.org/

Consequently, Cloudflare can’t be the source of these errors.

Since DNS is resolving as configured, the rest is up to your provider at the other end (where you got the IP address and CNAME target from) to do their job, and that’s where you should direct any support queries.
