Have you added Payment/Billing method to your Cloudflare account first?

Yes im still having the same problem, and now i wanted to enable load balancers and the same error happens, the requests to subscriptions fails with internal error. and i tried also in incognito
i have been like this for more than 2 weeks.
i cannot either buy cloudflare zero plan or loadbalancers
