500 Error for certain locations while also having 200 OK for other locations

Hi there,

we get 500 error code for certain locations when Cloudflare is enabled but we are not sure how to find the rootcause for this.

Here are the reports:

Currently, what we could see that the most nearby location is not available that the response times are getting much higher compared to a location where we get a 200 Code.

If anyone has an idea where we should look at, we would be very thankful.

In this document it details some of the steps you can take to remedy these 500 errors. Also what may be needed if it is Cloudflare issue. So we can assist further.
