I upgraded a hosting plan and the two domains on the plan have a new IP address, so I updated the DNS settings in Cloudflare. One site (young-catholics dot com) is working fine. But the other site (scoutermom dot com) is returning a 500 error. The hosting company has investigated and reports “The requests are going to Cloudflare and then do not hit the server again. The setup in your screenshots does look correct. Has Cloudflare support confirmed there aren’t any issues with that particular domain setup?” Any advice?
This domains is currently snd returns this 500 error directly from the IP address being returned in DNS. This isn’t a Cloudflare issue but an issue with the origin (assuming the IP address is correct).
