2 Pro accounts cancelled in July with confirmation from Cloudflare. No billable usage or charges in my account but $50 payment has been charged. These payments are not listed in my Cloudflare account.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Opened a support ticket on 11th September. Had no reply.
Billing issues requre a Billing ticket with Support
After still having had no reply from billing, but I checked previous payments and compared them to invoices in Cloudflare and it seems that Cloudflare didn’t take payment in April 2024, so this is what the payment in September was for. I’ve now closed the billing ticket. Thanks for your help.
