I received an email that said, “We are sorry you no longer need Cloudflare Registrar.” – and all my 50+ domains are gone.
I didn’t change anything. Someone, please explain.

Strongly, recommend you contact support, as it could be a security related issue with your credentials.
I think it’s a CF API issue, since there were some warning indications that the API wasn’t functioning… My domains are showing again. But still don’t know why I received the email. I contacted support.
Same with me - got email, all my domains disappeared.
And change your account password and add Two-Factor Authentication while waiting for a response from support.
Yes - I have always had 2FA enabled. I doubt my account was hacked.
Looks like the email you got may be the one mentioned in the billing issue on https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/
Yes, looks like it. Thanks.
FYI, here is the CF Support email addressing this…
Thank you for your patience. We have received confirmation that the cancellations or downgrades that occurred during this incident have been restored at this time. Our team has reviewed all accounts affected and ensured all services are restored to their previous state.
For plans that were downgraded due to this, there was an automatic prorated credit applied to your account due to this downgrade. You can expect to see an invoice generated within the next 24 hours for a prorated amount equal to or less than the credit that was applied, which this credit is expected to apply to as the payment.
For domain registrar cancellations that occurred, we have been informed that there should be no invoices generated during the restore.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue.
Thank you for being a valued Cloudflare Customer. Please do let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
Kind Regards,
