What is the issue you’re encountering

not able to upload files above 100mb. checked the faq and community articles. tells me to reach out to support to increase the limit, but i am on the free plan. i need the limit upped to 1gb otherwise i will have to disable cloudflare.

I saw that, but cloudflare support says to reach out to increase it. if this isn’t possible, I’ll just remove from cloudflare. thanks.

Maximum size is based on plan. The only time reaching out to support to increase from the default will have an impact is on the Enterprise plan.
