413 Payload Too Large on 156.3mb sized file upload with Business Plan

I’m receiving a 413 Payload Too Large on file uploads that are of 56.3mb size. I just upgraded my plan to Business and assumed the error would go away but it has not.

Adjusting upload size for external users:

Within the portal, navigate to Network and scroll down to the Maximum Upload Size setting
