What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’m trying to upload 10 images via the Cloudflare Images API but am hitting a 413 error. It works fine with smaller images but is erroring when I upload a larger group of photos.

All images meet the image upload limits: under 10mb, not large dimensions, etc.

I’m wondering if there’s an overall size limit for the payload. Total size of all 10 images combined is 22mb.

After resizing the images to smaller dimensions, thus resulting in a total payload of 3.1mb, the upload works fine.

Seems like there’s another limitation that isn’t spelled out in the docs?

I believe I’m on Images Basic Base at $5/mo.

That does sounds like it’s improperly applying the size limit.

Please open a ticket and post the ticket # here. If you’re on a Free Plan only, submit it as an Account Issue, and Support can re-categorize it after we escalate it.
