Cloudflare stripping Content-length header and then IIS/HTTP.sys is rejecting requests

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I am intermittently getting 411 Length required errors. It looks like Cloudflare is stripping Content-Length header and then the Http.sys is rejecting the requests.

This started happening about 2 weeks ago.

Cloudflare randomly stripping content-length header on POST if body=<empty>

Hi! we´re having the same problem bellow. If you deactive the proxy works, but I cant do that.
