To manage a domain registration, the zone related to the domain registered with Cloudflare must be active on your dashboard.
If you removed the zone, make sure to re-add the domain to your account, as this will allow you to manage your domain registration once again. You will not encounter the HTTP Error 404 on the Cloudflare Dashboard then.
I can see you re-added the zone and our registrar engineers have adjusted your nameservers, so you should no longer be experiencing this error.
