404 Subdomain After Using Cloudflare

My site: timgoodwinchiropractic.com
I used cloudflare to get an SSL for the site and I’m working on re-designing the site with a subdomain: ux.timgoodwinchiropractic.com
After changing the Nameserver, the subdomain now shows 404. Looks like the subdomain may have not carried over to cloudflare.
I still have the subdomain file on my cPanel so worst comes to worst I’ll try and create a new subdomain and then add the files to try and recover it, but I’m hoping there’s an easier or safer way to repair my site.
Please help!

Since the “ux” subdomain is not proxied by Cloudflare, that 404 is coming straight from your server.

You’ll need to get it up and running with HTTPS before you add it to Cloudflare.
