404- plugin error message won't let me sign into Wordpress website. "

Hello, I cannot login into my WP site. I get the message below. The WP forum suggested I contact cloudflare to help remove the plugin since I cant access my website. Please help. Thank you!

That wasn’t very nice of them. Cloudflare doesn’t host your WordPress site. Doesn’t your web host have a file manager? That should provide you file access to your plugins folder.

Cloudflare does host our WP site as far as I know.

Most definitely NOT. There’s no technology here that runs a PHP app like WordPress.

Cloudflare is a proxy (middleman) between your visitors and your actual web host.

Aren’t you paying for hosting somewhere? What’s the domain?

https://drishtiyogateachertraining.com I was unaware. We used to be on host gator but then I thought we switched to Cloudflare. Sorry not so tech savvy over here.

I don’t see Hostgator in a historical log of your site. Google Cloud is the last entry I see. But you copy the IP address from the DNS settings page at dash.cloudflare.com, plug it in here and it might give you a hint as to your host is:

Is launchpad a host? I have never heard of them. We have had several people come in and out working on our website and this is the first I have heard of Launchpad.

There’s Launchpadonline.com in Florida. They even have a phone number, so you can see if they’ll tell you if they host your website or not. Or track down the last person who worked on your site.
