May I ask if you’ve registered or transferred the domain to Cloudflare Registrar?
Have you had your domain
lucene-solr.com as added zone already under your Cloudflare account since before?
May I ask have you tried using a different Web browser, or tried clearing your Web browser cache?
How about using a Private window (Incognito mode) or a VPN connection if possible?
Is it the same behaviour on your mobile phone (4G LTE, mobile data, cellular)?

in my Cloudflare Registrar dashboard,
these domains: lucene-solr.com & lucene-solr.org & lucene-solr.net
click the "manage" link, then 404 page shows up.
I have clean my Chrome cache and change to Safari, the issue still happen.
