I am having the same problem when I connect the cloudflare with hostgator it gives 404 on pages and also shows comodo ssl which is issued to .hostgator.com.
Can someone tell what is the solution to this or how can I fix it ?

Contact your host and have them configure SSL properly for your site with a valid certificate for your domain.
