I purchased a new website on Cloudflare and whenever I type in the domain name I’m getting an error message that we can’t find the url you’re looking for.

Can you pause Cloudflare?
I am afraid that 404 comes straight from your host, respectively the IP address you set up. You would need to contact your host for further information.
I paused it. Should I enable it back
I would keep it paused until you have clarified the issue with your host. Once everything works fine you can unpause again.
