404 error for files that exist on the specified url

I get 404 errors for js files on loading webpages while when I type the same url in the Browser, I see that the files exist. When I run the same webpage without Cloudflare, all files load without any issue.

This can happen with any file on my webpage in our application.

Naresh test : This is without Cloudflare
IDM Construction London : This is with the Cloudflare

The application has same codebase.
