You’re dealing with two unrelated issues here.
Forget about your custom domain for the time being: focus on getting the deployed site working with the default pages.dev subdomain first.
And to see the deployed site, your homepage file should be named index.html and at the root of the project, not inside a folder – or enter the full file name and path after https://smallloansforsinglemothers-dqu.pages.dev.
