404 Error ACME Challenge

I am getting a 404 error again and again relating to https://drfixit.tech/http://drfixit.tech/.well-known/acme-challenge/dropdown.php

Is this to do with Cloudflare, I have no idea where to start.

Are you trying to issue a certificate?

NO, I am getting a heap of 404 error notifications relating to acme-challenge being in the URL.

I am using a Wordpress plugin called Real Simple SSL.

This may be because Cloudflare generally handles requests to acme-challenge for its own certificate issuance, and that request isn’t making it to your server.

Why do you need Really Simple SSL? The site should already be configured for SSL, and your host should be providing the certificate.

I have a wrodpress site, I was unaware that my site would already be configured for SSL, who would do that?

You view Cloudflare Universal SSL here:

By default, Cloudflare issues — and renews — free, unshared, publicly trusted SSL certificates to all domains added to and activated on Cloudflare.

Either you or your webhost.

If I would be responsible for configuring the website SSL, then I should be using an SSL plugin?

You shouldn’t need an SSL plugin at the app level. It should be handled at the server level. Some hosts take care of that automatically, and some of them leave it up to the user to toggle it in their account control panel.
