I reached out to host and they said the domain was propagating, but I haven’t with my domain in 20 years, so why is it happening? I haven’t moved it, it autorenews, etc. etc…

I don’t quite understand what your host is saying, but…
Pause Cloudflare so requests go directly to your host, bypassing Cloudflare’s Proxy: https://developers.cloudflare.com/fundamentals/setup/manage-domains/pause-cloudflare/
Does the site work now?
My suspicion is something must have changed at your hosting provider’s end.
