I get 403 | You don’t have permission to view this page. when trying to access my dashboard. I am the only admin.

It’s an issue with the permissions associated with the account falling out of sync. I’m not sure of the root cause but the team is aware of it and working to address. If you encounter that again, or for others downtheline, you can post here and ask that the post be flagged for the Support agents that regularly work in the Community and/or you can open an account ticket via the dashboard with a link to your Community post.

The Community tends to be the fastest route to resolution for most issues, tickets are good for billing and registrar issues.
