Hello, when i trying to access my domain (overview,web3), the view is “403 | You don’t have permission to view this page.” and when i check the console, the console says that “Add a core subscription first and try again. The zone does not have an active core subscription.”

Based on the phrasing, I’m thinking -
Can you navigate to https://dash.cloudflare.com/88172fed1c300697c41c0bdf29313776/gwadit.net/select-plan (e.g. append “/select-plan” to your own link) and try to select a plan (e.g. “Free”) there, and then return whether or not selecting a plan makes it work?
If that doesn’t help, …

I believe we would need to have your ticket escalated, and applied (hopefully) the same solution as @kiki mentioned, that ticket 2736132 from this other thread could have provided there:
That thread does (unfortunately) not make it clear, whether there is actually a thing that a customer can do on their own.
