I’m facing the same issue with the 403 | You don’t have permission to view this page. message when clicking on an account that houses a number of domains.
I am a super admin, and unfortunately not able to create a ticket (Free plan?). I noticed in the forums that people where messaging here and fixes where being applied per-case.
The last update on your ticket 2750503 a few days ago mentioned that the issue should now be resolved. If you are still seeing this could you respond to that ticket and let us know on the ticket which accounts you are having problem with and show the errors? Thanks!
Unfortunately, this issue has returned for another subset of our partner tenants.We received an email notification yesterday which explained the following:
Hello,
We are in the process of enabling the use of RBAC for all users.
In the process, we have realized a subset of our users interact with a feature that is not yet compatible.
In order to remediate this, we have had to regress your roles, and are working to allow re-enablement of RBAC and Domain Scoped Roles.
Your previous permissions under DSR were:
Super Administrator - All Privileges
Note your new permissions:
Administrator
Since then, I am receiving the same 403 as I did before. When trying to click the DNS option for a domain that resides within a customer tenant.
