403 when creating a support ticket

Hello! I’m not sure where else to post this.

I upgraded to a Pro plan so that I could create a support ticket. However, when I try to create a ticket through the support area, it fails.

I finish filling out the fields and click Submit Ticket, then I see:

API Request Failed: POST /api/v4/accounts//support/help_form/diagnostics (403)
API Request Failed: POST /api/v4/accounts//support/ticket/create (403)

I tried emailing [email protected] and it says they are no longer accepting support tickets through that email. So I’m not sure where else to go in order to get in touch with someone at Cloudflare.

Looks like it removed my formatting. To be clear I see my account ID those requests like:

API Request Failed: POST /api/v4/accounts/ACCOUNT/support/help_form/diagnostics (403)
API Request Failed: POST /api/v4/accounts/ACCOUNT/support/ticket/create (403)

I have opened a Support ticket : #2788767 for you.

You should have received an email.
Let us follow up on this 403 error in ticket as it involves account permissions.
