403 permission error - account is locked down

I get a “you don’t have permission to access this page” error in the Cloudflare website. Anywhere in the dashboard to make changes to either the domains, or manage account section. I’m also trying to remove the domain already assigned to the account that shouldn’t be there anymore.

This seems very much like you are not the superadmin of the account where you are trying to make the changes. We’ll need to get some other eyes on this to see if the Support team can assist.

Can you open an Account ticket using the account you are using here, share the name of the website you want to manage along with any other details you can share with the Support team? Once you have an Account ticket number, please share that here so that we can flag it for our Support colleagues.

I dont even have access to that (support ticket). it says “athentication error”. Although I just want to access my account of sosaemi at Gmail. Can you at least delete my account so I can re create it with that email? I dont need the levakromusic dot com domain

If you are not able to login, logout of the community and these links may help reset your dashboard access, but they only work when you are logged out.

@sosaemi I created ticket 3078815 for you and you can communicate privately with the Support team on that ticket.


Cloudflare cannot make any changes to your account, but the Support team can work with you on that ticket to ensure you have access to your account.

I’m logging in. Yes. But can’t change anything , ad domains, or remove.
