What is the issue you’re encountering

I can’t access my own website without VPN extension although I have valid client certificate installed but its not asking for the certificate; but when VPN is on through extension then it ask & validate it. There is only one custom rule that is validating through certificate.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have cleared my browser cache & cookies I make new certificate but still no effect.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Hello,

To investigate a blocked or challenged request, navigate to Security > Security Events section of your Cloudflare Dashboard. You can use the ray-id that you get while being blocked to search in the security events. Once you know which security service is causing the block, you can decide which security service configuration needs to be changed or adjusted.
