403 Forbiddens From Specific Public IP Source

We’re not able to access any services hosted in Cloudflare. We are getting a 403 forbidden from anything sourced from 217.10.224.3. We are able to access it from other of our sites without issues. It seems we may be blocklisted by your WAF. Can you please fix this? We are a financial trading company and this is causing numerous critical issues.

I can’t find no other easy way to report this. If you can provide the proper channel for this I would appreciate it. It seems a lot of the conventional ways to get support are locked behind a paywall, which doesn’t make sense if you are blocking entities that aren’t your customer.

Welcome to the Cloudflare Community. :logodrop:

Cloudflare doesn’t block anyone. They only provide tools that site operators must explicitly configure in the manner they see fit to protect their sites. If you find yourself unable to access a site that uses Cloudflare, you need to contact the site operator. Only the site operator can make changes. No one in the Community or at Cloudflare can change the rules configured by the site.

While visiting a site protected by Cloudflare, error 1020 “Access denied (Error: 1020)” indicates you’ve violated a Firewall Rule. When this happens, you’ll see the error “Access Denied (Error: 1020)” and your request was blocked by the filter based Firewall rule on the site. If you’re the site owner, you can find the requests that was blocked by the Firewall on the Firewall page under the Events menu. See this CommunityTip for suggestions to avoid this error,
