403 Forbidden then point back to former server then lost all recent backup

I have pointed my website to Cloudflare since January 17, 2019 in order to use SSL. A few days ago I’m facing 403 Forbidden on my website bypichawee.com. Then I asked my hosting provider and they advice to change A record pointing to the former one. I did and found that my website came back but lost all update data during year 2019. The hosting provider said that the backup might be with 103.227.176.18 but I don’t know how to contact and not sure if it’s right assumption or not.

Please help me.

I suggest that you “Pause Cloudflare on Site” from the Overview tab of the Cloudflare dashboard. Then get your site working again on its own. Only your host provider can help with content at this point. Once it’s working again when “Paused”, you can un-pause.
