What is the issue you’re encountering

‘Error fetching page: Unexpected status: 403 from https://www.infinitesweeps.com/************************/customerrorpage.html’

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I analyzed all HTTP Logs and all WAF logs, but do not see ANY requests 0hen I visit the page myself, it loads fine and I also see the requests in Cloudflare.

I setup a WAF rule to log ALL requests, and I see nothing from Cloudflare indicating as to why it is being blocked or receiving 403.

I checked my server logs and see no requests coming to my origin.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Click ‘Publish’ on the custom page for my website.

Ahh! I think I figured it out! Sorry, Anybody in future it’s being requested I think with user agent:

Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0 Collapsify

I think my WAF log rules might be a little delayed when you use a lot of them ? That’s what I think happened. They all finally showed in WAF events like 5 - 10 minutes later.

Another method to “allowlist” by creating a WAF IP Access Rule for IP ‘2a06:98c0:3600:0000:0000:0000:0000:0103’

Have you tried using a different domain or origin where the custom error page is hosted? :thinking:
