403 Error from website Trawler

We have a Trawler on our website and when it goes to enter the domain that is held on Zendesk that is managed by Cloudflare we get a Error 403 response.
I have read that it is possibly due to the level of points the trawler has and have made a request the Cloudflare to allow but now response, Does any one have any idea how to get this resolved and the trawler accepted

If you are the site owner, you can find out why the request was blocked in the activity log available at https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/security

If you’re not the site owner then all you can do is get in contact with them to do the above.
