We’ve got a problem with our Avada forms and Cloudflare is causing these problems. Some 403 errors blocking this. We are not able to receive any customer questions through the form on the website: akoestiekspecialist.nl/contact.
We’ve applied some recommended page rules and firewall rules. Maybe this is causing this 403 errors, but I can’t find it.
If Cloudflare is blocking it, you’ll see the requests in the firewall activity log - which is available at https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/security
Thanks for your reply. It’s very strange, few minutes ago the message came through and now I get this error again. I also don’t see a block in the live activity.
But it seems that the post error in the above attachment is causing this? I’ve also this activity in the overview. What might be the problem then?
