What is the issue you’re encountering
updated to Pro Plan, then I turned on all the recommendations settings that were there, and since then the website has been running well, but one thing app is not working.
A 403 could be due to traffic being blocked by Cloudflare’s firewall, or it could be unrelated to Cloudflare.
Try Temporarily pause Cloudflare by going to **Overview > Advanced Actions > Pause Cloudflare on Site. If your app still doesn’t work then the issue is outside of Cloudflare.
If pausing Cloudflare solves the issue, then you’ll want to check the security events to see why this traffic is being blocked.
In the Cloudflare Dashboard go to > Security > Events and look for the blocked traffic. The events logs will provide insight into what rule is blocking the traffic
