from all ips i have when i open vr.sepehr.work i get 403 of cloudflare, it says youre blocked, i checked under attack mode is off, i dont have any special rule, i put security on essentially off but the didnt solve my problem, checked security events and saw its detecting all requests as http ddos attack but their not ddos, even made a rule to allow all requests from my country but didnt work, please help me

2- whitlist country rules
3- allow all to domain rule
4- skip for waf rule for my country
