403/404 and styling Errors after moving site

A client wants to move their website from one account with their web host to another. I’ve managed to clone the website and last night everything looked good having just pointed the domain to the correct webspace, however when I switched Cloudflare back on and purged the cache, it threw up 403 & 404 errors, whilst occasionally loading unstyled pages. I left it overnight but this morning we still had issues with 403 & 404 errors, and things like buttons and headers weren’t styled correctly. As soon as I pause Cloudflare though, it works as expected again.

I want to say that this must be down to a DNS proxy issue, but as the site is still with the same host, just on a different account, the A records have not changed. I’m considering removing Cloudflare and reinstalling, but I don’t want to add more downtime to the site. Any help would be much appreciated.

What is the name of the site?

Hi, ipmb.com

Your site is currently not proxied so can’t check directly. If you turn on the proxy post back and people may be able to look.

If you have minification and/or Rocket Loader enabled here…
https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/speed/optimization/content
…you can try to disabling them to see if that removes the problem.

Okay, I’ve turned the proxy back on now. I checked with the host and it appears the A name and AAAA name records have changed, which I’ve amended in Cloudflare, but I’m not sure why this would have caused a 403 error.

I suspect this introduced the change in origin IP
