I have an issue with response time on my web. Testing it with Gtmetrix and Pingdom shows a delay fo 3-4 seconds in second GET, getting to report-uri=“https://report-uri.Cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/beacon/expect-ct”.
Any idea of whats going on?

First of all, it shouldn’t take that long. Is it consistent?
Secondly, it’s hitting that URL because of a certificate problem.
Give the following certificate test a try. You should see a Certificate Transparency status.
