Asking our developer and hosting provider, points us to Cloudflare. Issue not resolved.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Navigate to any sissoo.com URL. You will see the 301 redirect occurring when v=82a9e4d26595 to the end.

The redirect is being done by your Wordpress setup, not Cloudflare. Do you use Woocommerce?
